Do you work with websites hosted in Webasyst Cloud?: No. Webasyst Cloud imposes restrictions that limit full-scale development. We can migrate your website from Webasyst Cloud to a reliable hosting/VDS setup.
What's included in the plan hours?: Plan hours cover all work: bug fixes, minor improvements, updates, consultations, server configuration. Unused hours roll over to the next month.
Who prepares the technical specification?: We prepare it together: collect requirements, clarify details, and approve a clear implementation plan before starting.
Can I switch plans?: Yes, you can switch plans at any time. When upgrading, the cost is prorated accordingly.
Do you provide work reports?: Yes, Medium and Ultra plans include monthly reports detailing completed tasks and time spent.
Can you customize Shop-Script core?: We strongly recommend against modifying Shop-Script/Webasyst core code. Extra functionality should be implemented through plugins and apps to keep updates safe.
I found an issue after acceptance. What should I do?: Any issues directly related to our completed work are fixed free of charge within the warranty period.
